Cuba- Noticieros (2012-2016):
A cooperation agreement between INA and the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) to restore, digitalise and enhance ICAIC's Latin American newsreel footage. This collection called "Noticiero ICAIC latinoamericano", has been declared Cuba's national heritage and it is included in UNESCO's Memory of the World Register.
Latin America - Film Heritage Seminar (2021):
In 2021, on the initiative of the French Regional Cooperation Services, the INA has developed and implemented, in partnership with the International Federation of Film Archives (FIAF), an online seminar dedicated to film heritage. This seminar, which brought together South American and French professionals, provided an opportunity to take a cross-sectional look at the challenges of conserving and promoting film heritage.
Emmy Awards - Signature (2018):
In 2018, INA received the Emmy Award for Technology and Engineering in the category "Video Identification Technology to protect content value and copyright.
